It is not always easy to estimate how much space is needed. Multiplying the length and width of the objects to be stored does yield the number of square meters. Adding these together gives an idea of the required space. Always add some extra space to allow for maneuvering.

For tenants of ‘open space storage’ and ‘open space storage for classic cars’, the space is accessible, subject to prior arrangement with Deweer, on working days:
• Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 17:00
• Friday from 08:30 to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 15:00
Access can only be granted in the presence of a Deweer Storage employee.
Tenants of ‘enclosed storage’ and ‘storage of classic cars in enclosed storage’ receive a badge and a remote control that grants them free access to the site and the rented storage space at all times.
Deweer Storage offers four formulas for renting storage space. Naturally, an owner can combine multiple formulas. We work together to determine how the rented space can be utilized to the maximum and, if desired, rent out the necessary additional equipment (pallets, racks, open or closed containers, etc.) so that goods can be stored as compactly and optimally as possible.
It is recommended to place all items 10 to 15 cm from the ground. Furthermore, your insurance company may require this.
Anyone wishing for an individual, enclosed space for their goods can rent their own complete, enclosed box within the Deweer Storage warehouses. The tenant can opt for heating and/or air conditioning and optionally for a box with a water connection/drainage.
Every tenant receives a badge and a remote control (if applicable) for their sectional door, which grants them unrestricted access to the site and the rented box at all times.
Deweer Storage beschikt over een volledig aparte loods voor de stalling van oldtimers. Deze is ingedeeld in boxen voor 1, 2 of meer wagens (max. 6). Alle boxen zijn uitgerust met stopcontacten volgens het aantal wagens om batterijen ter plaatse op te laden. ContactA lease agreement is entered into for a period of 1 year (unless expressly agreed otherwise) and is tacitly renewable for the same term. Rent is due for every month started. Both parties may terminate the storage agreement by registered letter at least 1 month before the expiry date. The notice period is 3 months and takes effect on the first of the month following the registered letter. In the absence of a timely notice of termination, the storage agreement is automatically extended for 1 year.

All invoices are payable in advance. If the agreement amounts to less than €250/month, minimum quarterly prepayments are due; the lessee can, of course, also opt to pay the rent semi-annually or annually in advance.
If the agreement exceeds €250/month, the lessee can opt to pay the rent monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually in advance.
The lessor does not act as a custodian of the stored goods.

De verhuurder kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor schade, verlies of gevolgschade, behoudens in geval van opzet of zware fout.
De verhuurder verstrekt geen garanties met betrekking tot de bewaring, toezicht of veiligheid van de opslagruimte en de opgeslagen inhoud, noch voor de gevolgen van inspecties of controles van regelgevende of strafrechtelijke overheden en instanties.
